12/2/2013

If anybody should stumble upon this blog, that's cool. This is simply a way for me to stay dedicated to my goals in powerlifting/bodybuilding. I'll be posting my workouts, maybe pics, and videos if im in the mood. I've been running push/pull/legs since may now have gained about 12lbs. I was about 219 with clothes post workout today. i'll start off with todays lifts (12/2/2013)

might squat tomorrow if my legs feel alright, if not ill hit some pulls, hopefully my knuckle feels better. There were a lot of bad feels in my joints on the DB bench, not sure if its cause I haven't done them in a while or what, but I really want to get stronger on those. Next squat workout I really want to go for 285x5, redeem my past couple squat days. No class tomorrow so I should get plenty of sleep tonight, and def got enough calories. Considering dropping front squats from my program, don't feel like ive gained anything from them, but not sure of an alternative yet. Would do hacks if my gym had a machine, maybe single leg presses...we'll see.
